Capital Campaign

For more than 80 years, the charters of the Holt Community House have served our community with pride.  The Capital Campaign seeks to ensure that the facilities and resources are available to continue our operations for the next 20 years and beyond. 

The Holt House is located on MSDWT property and, prior to the demolition of John Strange Elementary School, benefited from connection to the school utilities. For the past 2 years, the Holt House Board of Directors have been working on a plan to ensure the continued viability and success of our facilities and have secured a 10 year lease of the property. The plan includes upgrades to the electrical service, a new water well, sewage holding tank, and many other improvements designed to conserve water and energy, and ultimately reduce annual operating expenses.
